If you require a PCR or Antigen test, you can make the booking via our website. You will need to choose the date and time of your test to ensure it meets your travel requirements, before making payment online. 

Once you have completed your booking online we will E-mail confirmation of your appointment with a download link for your ticket.

You will need your ticket with a clearly visible QR code, this can be printed or a digital copy. Please bring a valid form of photo identification. We will check that the passport number provided when booking matches that on your passport.

For PCR services: You will receive an email from our lab when your results are ready to view. Click the link in this email, then enter your email address, postcode and order number to download your certificate. All of these details can be found clearly on your ticket. This can be downloaded on your confirmation email. 

For Antigen services: You will receive an email with your certificate attached. This will be sent to the email entered when booking.

A rapid PCR test is £79.00 per person. An antigen or lateral flow test is £35.00 per person. We regret that will not be able to refund a booked appointment if it is within 48 hours of your appointment time.

It is your responsibility to find out using the https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice when you need to have your test in order to be qualified as Fit-To-Fly. You will receive your results by midnight the next day for our Next-Day service. Our Antigen tests return results within 1 hour of your swab time. 

Please email testing@testassurancegroup.com and we will rebook the appointment for you, which will avoid you having to pay a cancellation fee. We cannot rebook appointments less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. This will be confirmed by email.

If you need to cancel your appointment due to any circumstances there will be a 5% cancellation fee of the ticket value. This fee will be taken out of the refund amount. You will not be able to obtain a refund within 48hrs of your booked appointment date and time.

A test is usually required 24-72 hours before arrival at your destination, however, this can vary. Therefore, we strongly advise you to check with your airline, tour operator or on the Government website for the latest advice for your destination as this is your responsibility.

This depends on where you are travelling to. We recommend that you speak with your airline, tour operator or refer to the latest Government guidance for your destination to determine the specific requirements. Under 18s MUST be accompanied by an adult when they come for a test.

You can take your Day 2 test upon arrival in the UK, this must be taken no later than Day 2 of arrival. The day you land in the UK is counted as “Day Zero”.

Yes, once the swab has been processed and a result is available you will receive access to download your certificate via email.

All PCR tests are carried out by a trained clinician. You can not self administer your swab.

You must pay online using the booking system. Payments will not be taken on-site and only appointments made using our booking system will be acknowledged. Please do not come to the testing site without a prior paid appointment.

For our Liverpool Joh Lennon Airport, you will use the multi-storey car park. When you attend your appointment, we will provide you with a ticket to exit the car park at no charge.

We have disabled spaces in our car parks as well as wheelchair access to the clinics. We have clinical staff on site who are all fully trained in disability handling.

While maintaining social distancing rules, anyone can bring one person to accompany them for their test. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
