A Test Assurance Group lead will send over a blank template that we ask you to complete about your organisation, number of individuals to be tested, site locations, contact details etc.
Based on the information provided, we will design the optimal mass testing layout for you based on your site locations and calculate the number of individual tests that can be completed at each session. We will then provide sufficient test kits and data matrix strips for the sessions required.
Our contract with you will detail the services that we will provide and what is needed from both sides to enable this to happen. Once everything is agreed, we will ask for the names of all individuals who will be tested in each session so that we will upload the data onto our software and set up each event on the tablets that will be couriered out to your site.
Our medics will arrive on site, set up the testing equipment and then carry out all testing using PPE and following safe distancing. Negative results will not require a notification, however positive results will be notified immediately following agreed positive test result procedures.
All equipment provided by Test Assurance Group will be sanitised and regularly swabbed and all waste will be disposed of according to agreed procedures.

If you have paid for the express service, the test will be processed on site and you will receive your certificate within 3 hours of your appointment. The certificate will clearly state your result.
